1. Where do you source your items?

Estate Sales, Flea Markets, Garage Sales, Antique Shops, Ebay, and Anywhere we see cool stuff.

2. How long does it usually take for shipping?

We strive to ship purchases within 1-3 business days.  Contact us if you need something quickly.  Same day shipping is sometimes possible.

3. What if I am unhappy with a purchase?

Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

4. What packaging do you use for shipping items?

We re-use any clean packing materials that we can.  We also will re-use shipping boxes to ship your items.  We mainly use biodegradable packing peanuts and bubble wrap made from recycled material.  

5. How do you pack fragile items?

We carefully wrap each piece in multiple layers of bubble wrap to insure the safe arrival of your purchase.  We want your item to arrive undamaged so we focus on being practical when we pack and ship your order.
